Crops Grown in Japan
Japan isn’t well known for crop industries. But Japan does grow many varieties of crops. They have introduced Wasabi (Japanese horse radish), Fuki (butterbur), Kuri (Japanese Chestnut), Kaki (persimmon), and Hakka (mint). Japan also grows the following vegetables and fruits soybeans, wheat, barley, corn, radish, azuki beans, rushes, mandarin oranges, apples, peaches, and grapes. These are some crops that grow in Japan.
